We totally jinxed Adam Lambert’s goatee!

We can’t help but feeling slightly responsible for Adam Lambert’s goatee being axed.

On the very day that we announced the results of our poll, “save it or shave it?”, Adam decided it was time for his facial fuzz to go.

We asked you guys what you thought of Adam’s beard, and 57% of you agreed that you loved it and wanted Adam to keep it. However, not long before we announced it Adam took to Twitter to announce that the goatee was no more.

“I shaved. Y’all can relax now. Haha” he tweeted.

Reading tweets that followed, it sounds like Adam deemed his beard a failure – if only he’d known about the 57%! Then again, reading comments on this post it sounds like most Glamberts are glad to see the back of it.
