Bourne is back!

James Bourne revealed his debut solo song to the world on his MySpace today. “Want Me Like That” is the first exclusive track from the squirrel man. The song is actually rather good. We were surprised that someone who used to write about Air Hostesses could produce such a catchy track.

However we wanted to know more and so had a little word with Bourne himself. He told Flecking that he’s written and recorded over 70 songs so far in LA, which is where he is currently situated. He seems very determined to finish the album to a high standard before he heads back to the UK. When he arrives back home though, he exclusively informs us that he wants to tour. Yes, you heard it hear first! Bourne will be touring the country. Well so he says anyway. Rescheduling a solo show? Didn’t happen. So we’ll just sit tight and actually wait for those tour dates to appear before we get too excited.
