“Your Majesty, meet Lady Gaga….”

The Royal Variety performance is supposed to be a very classic affair, and one that is usually not frowned upon by the Queen. Now we’re sure she’s a pretty laid back lady who loves her tea, but does she realise who is performing at this Royal Variety Performance?

First up we have Lady Gaga, who as we all know wears rather interesting clothes. We’re not sure her majesty will approve but no doubt Gaga will come out wearing something related to the England flag! I can see it now, oh dear. A palace spokesperson told the Daily Mirror, ‘I really don’t know if the Queen or Prince Philip have listened to Lady Gaga, or are familiar with her. But the Royal Variety Performance is a well known charitable event which they support and they meet all the stars involved.’

Let’s hope the Queen approves. She’ll also have to watch and meet Mika, Alexandra Burke and Miley Cyrus. After watching Lady Gaga, we don’t think that watching Cyrus is going to be too much of a problem. At least she’ll have Alexandra to look forward to!

This all happens on December 7th at Blackpool’s Opera House. If nothing else, it’ll be an interesting night….
