Bob Bryar leaves My Chemical Romance
My Chemical Romance guitarist Frank Iero has confirmed on his blog that drummer Bob Bryar has left the band.
The rumours have been flying around for a while now, but now we have official confirmation that Bob has left the band.
Frank wrote: “As of 4 weeks ago, My Chemical Romance and Bob Bryar parted ways. This was a painful decision for all of us to make and was not taken lightly. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors and expect you all to do the same.”
Originally, Bryar was the band’s drum technician – he took over from Matt Pelissier back in 2004.
My Chemical Romance are currently working on their fourth album.
