Robert Pattinson to play Kurt Cobain?

Twilight star Robert Pattinson has landed a role playing Kurt Cobain if reports are to be believed.

It has been reported in The Sun today that Robert has landed his “dream role” playing Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain in a forthcoming biopic.

Robert apparently “has always thought of himself as a musician rather than an actor” and so the role is “ideal for the pin-up”, according to the paper’s source.

Scarlett Johansson is apparently the favourite to play Courtney Love.
