Dad Billy Ray speaks out about Miley Cyrus lap dance video

Billy Ray Cyrus has spoken out about the video of his 16-year-old daughter, Miley Cyrus, lap dancing a 44-year-old man at a party.

As always, Billy stands by his daughter, telling TMZ that Miley was just ‘having fun’.

‘It’s what people her age do.’ he also told the site, who uploaded the video earlier this week.

Miley’s parents Billy and Tish have always defended her controversial moments.
