McFly’s Tom Fletcher doesn’t think much of Eurovision’s Josh Dubovie
McFly guitarist Tom Fletcher clearly isn’t a fan of the UK’s Eurovision entrant.
Tonight saw the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo, and Germany won with Satellite performed by Lena Mayer-Landrut.
The UK’s entry, That Sounds Good to Me, was performed by 19-year-old Essex boy Josh Dubovie who came last with only 10 points.
Tom took to Twitter to say this of the song: “All I can say is as much as I LOVE England, we got exactly what we deserved in eurovision with that shocking song.(sic)”
Bandmate Dougie Poynter tweeted Tom shortly after saying: “the song sounded worse than throwing 10 elephants off empire state building(sic)”.
Fellow Essex boy James Bourne tweeted his thoughts on Eurovision too, saying: “I think pete waterman should be forced to enter next year as a britney spears tribute act as punishment for this years awful result!(sic)”
