Slipknot pay emotional tribute to Paul Gray

The band Slipknot paid an emotional tribute to their bassist Paul Gray during a live press conference to discuss his death.

Paul was found dead in his hotel room in Iowa on 24th May.

During the conference the clearly emotional band, along with Paul’s wife Brenna, passed the microphone between them and took it in turns to pay tribute to their ‘brother’.

They described Paul as ‘the essence of the band’ and ‘a really great friend and person’.
