Chace Crawford could be sent to jail for six months?

Gossip Girl actor Chace Crawford has been warned he could go to jail for six months…

…after being caught in possession of marijuana. The 24-year-old was caught smoking a joint with a friend in his car in Texas and was charged on Friday.

His grumpy mug shot has been doing the rounds online. The actor is allegedly “pissed off” and claims he wasn’t smoking anything and that the pot belonged to the friend who was sat next to him in his car.

If convicted of the misdemeanour charge of pot possession, Chace could be fined and spend up to six months in prison.
