Perez Hilton posts REAL Miley Cyrus crotch photo

A matter of days after posting a fake photo of Miley Cyrus exposing her crotch, Perez Hilton has posted a REAL photo of the pop star falling victim to a wardrobe malfunction.

Perez tweeted the photo along with the caption: ‘Oh, #Miley! Warning: if you’re easily offended, do NOT click here’.

Only recently Perez faked a photo of the 17-year-olds crotch to draw attention to the unladylike fashion she was exiting a car.

Well now there’s no need for faking. Poor Miley suffered a rather unfortunate leotard  malfunction at the 21st Annual MuchMusic Video Awards.

That’s the problem with wearing glorified underwear to perform dance routines – there’s bound to be accidents.
