Poorly John Mayer ends European tour early
Poorly John Mayer has been forced to cancel the rest of his European tour due to illness.
The singer was forced to cancel his second show in Copenhagen on Monday after becoming ill following a sell-out performance the night before.
John’s website announces: “Regrettably, the illness has caused his remaining European shows scheduled through this week to be cancelled as well in Amsterdam, Madrid and Manchester.” The statement continued : “Mayer is returning home to the States and a full recovery is expected under a doctor’s supervision.”
It is understood that John is next due to perform in North Carolina on July 16.
