Alexandra Burke’s sweat gaffe

X Factor star Alexandra Burke may be in trouble with her corporate sponsors after making an on-air gaffe, a report has claimed.

The 21-year-old singer recently secured a lucrative deal to become the face of Sure deodorant but she “dropped a clanger” during a radio broadcast.

Alexandra, who was seen in promo videos praising the armpit spray, told Key 103 that she was “sweating like a racehorse” following a live performance.

The `Bad Boys’ singer was performing for the radio station during their Summer Ball when she suffered from the “sweat attack” says the Daily Star.

A source told the newspaper that Alex was “so sweaty” that she refused to pose for photographers at the event.

Burke announced on live radio: “I’m sweaty, sweaty, sweaty!”

The X Factor champ then tried to cover up her gaffe, saying: “Can you remember that I don’t sweat because I use Sure.

“I have just stepped off stage. But you know it definitely lasts 48 hours!”
