Jon Bon Jovi continues gig despite injury

Despite suffering an injury, Jon Bon Jovi finished playing his set.

The 48-year-old rocker injured his leg, but still managed to finish the gig.

‘Near the end of Bon Jovi’s two-and-a-half hour show at New Meadowlands Stadium on Friday night, Jon Bon Jovi sustained a torn calf muscle,’ a rep for the singer said.

‘Jon made light of the injury and went on to close the show with their anthemic hit, Living On a Prayer.’

‘The band ended the night together, thanking the capacity home-town crowd, and assisting Jon off the stage.’

‘The injury will not prevent Bon Jovi from playing any of their upcoming stadium dates this summer.’
