Photo: Justin Bieber doing drugs?

A photo has hit the next that some people believe to be Justin Bieber doing drugs.

The photo of a young man who does look a bit like Bieber smoking a pipe is circulating – but is it him?

There are two possibilities. The first is that it probably isn’t him, just someone who looks a lot like the 16-year-old teen sensation.

The other possibility is that it could be a photo taken from the set of CSI, in which Justin makes his acting debut as a bad boy.
