Shakira to perform at World Cup

She’ll be shaking her hips and singing at the World Cup closing ceremony.

Event officials have announced that Shakira is their girl of choice for the final game on Sunday. She already performed at the opening ceremony with the World Cup anthem, ‘Waka Waka (This Time For Africa)’ on June 10.

A spokesperson for the show said that the closing event will be “more youthful and a bit more technologically advanced” than the opening.
