The Gossip Girl actress took to the stage of the Vans Warped Tour in West Palm Beach, Florida, on Saturday to perform with her band The Pretty Reckless.

The singer is getting a bit of a reputation for wearing underwear as outerwear, and Saturday’s outfit proved no different.

The 17-year-old took to the stage wearing a sleeveless t-shirt and high, high heels.
