Will Zac Efron beat Robert Pattinson to a role?

Rumours are circulating that Zac Efron may bag the role of Kurt Cobain.

The original rumours claimed that Twilight actor Robert Pattinson, 24,  was lined up for the role of Kurt in the biopic about the Nirvana front-man’s life, although these rumours were soon halted by widow Courtney Love and then by Rob himself.

Well now stories are circulating that Zac, 22, may bag the role. We all know that he can sing (even if it was in High School Musical and not a grunge band) and he may be a little easier to make look like Kurt, where as with Pattinson it may be a bit harder.
