Lee Ryan accused of hitting fiancee

Boy band star Lee Ryan has been charged with common assault after allegedly hitting his fiancee, police have confirmed.

The Blue singer denies doing a Chris Brown on 26-year-old Samantha Millar, the mother of his son.

The attack is alleged to have happened while the couple were in a car in the West End of London on Wednesday.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Lee Ryan, self-employed, of Henley-on-Thames, is due to appear on bail charged with common assault.”

A spokesman for Mr Ryan said: “Lee 100% denies common assault.

“He will be fighting theses charges in court”.
