Peter Andre disagrees with Katie Price’s divorce comments

Peter Andre doesn’t agree with ex-wife Katie Price’s comments that divorce is good for kids.

Last week Katie claimed that children who come from divorced are lucky because they get more presents and holidays.

However, Pete doesn’t agree.

“I think divorce absolutely affects kids no matter what age they are and that if it can be avoided, it should be,” the singer wrote in his New! column.

“Obviously for some couples, divorce is the only option and there’s no other way for them. ”

“But I think, ideally, kids shouldn’t have to go through it and if they do, they certainly shouldn’t be classed as “lucky”.”

“No amount of material possessions make up for the fact that you don’t have both parents around all the time.”
