Taylor Momsen claims she doesn’t know who Justin Bieber is.

We’re not sure how this is possible, surely everyone has heard of Justin Bieber?

When asked about Bieber recently, the Gossip Girl actress replied: “I don’t know who Justin Bieber is… That’s not a diss, I just don’t know.”

Afterwards she added that she was only aware of his name because people keep mentioning it to her, reports Zack Taylor.
