Miley was spotted with her black lacy bra showing from under her white vest – didn’t her mother ever teach her about that?

The actress is very popular in France and was swarmed by fans when she left her hotel room earlier today.

The 17-year-old is in town to film LOL: Laughing Out Loud with Ashley Greene.
