WTF! Heidi and Spencer are back together?!

Just when we thought Heidi had seen the light and got rid of husband Spencer Pratt, she seems to have lost it all again since reports claim Speidi is back on!

Having ended their separate stay in Costa Rica, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were together again in Carpinteria, CA on Sunday afternoon.

Stepping out for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, the pair looked happily together – which comes after a supposed blowout over an alleged sex tape in which Spencer was using as leverage over Heidi.

Aside from their relationship peculiarities, Miss Montag is currently dealing with a court case against “The Hills” creator Adam Devillo.

Last week, Heidi tweeted about the situation, “Sheridan granted by Judge to sue creator DHW! YES! This means my sexual assault suit against Hills creator Adam Devillo will also go to court”

A day later, she added, “my team has informed me that my suit against Adam Devillo is for Sexual Battery not Sexual assault. Major difference is assault is verbal…”
