Miley Cyrus spotted boozing?

Miley Cyrus has reportedly been drinking alcohol.

The 17-year-old was reportedly spotted partying and drinking at a club in Madrid – even though she is under the legal age.

“Miley Cyrus, 17, threw back a Corona cerveza at a club in Madrid, Spain last night … where the legal drinking age is technically 18.” reported TMZ.

Miley is in the Spanish capital to promote the release of her album Can’t Be Tamed.

This isn’t the first time Miley has been spotted in a club, but it is the first time she’s been spotted allegedly boozing.

Miley’s parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus recently filed for divorce after 17 years of marriage.
