Katy Perry looking forward to royal wedding

Katy Perry is looking forward to the royal wedding next year.

The singer, who hasn’t been married long herself, is very excited to see Prince William and Kate Middleton get married and thinks the ceremony will be unforgettable.

“I think the whole world is going to be watching that one,” Katy said. “The whole world is going to be tuning in.”

“I think it’s just one of those moments that you don’t want to miss. I find the whole royalty system very interesting because we don’t have it in the States. One of my favorite subjects has always been history, and Russell [Brand] has been very helpful filling me in with the history of the English.”

“Going by history, the interest in Kate and William’s relationship is probably a hundred times what we get. I don’t know them first-hand, but from an outsider’s perspective it looks like it’s going to be really fun for them but a lot of hard work at the same time.”
