Jake Gyllenhaal misses Heath Ledger

Jake Gyllenhaal has admitted that he misses Heath Ledger.

It’s nearly three years since actor Heath tragically passed away from an accidental overdose. He and Jake bonded on the set of Brokeback Mountain, playing cowboys who fall in love.

“It was just us by this river in Calgary for a month, in the middle of nowhere,” Jake told Live magazine.

“There were no hotels to stay in, so we lived in trailers out there in the wilds.”

“We were out there alone and all we had was each other.”

“I do miss him,” Jake admoitted. “There was an intimacy that we all shared on that film – I’d never experienced anything like it.”
