Spotted: Demi Lovato out and about & looking happy

It’s so nice to see Demi Lovato out of rehab and with a smile on her face.

After being released from her treatment center 18-year-old Demi was spotted out in Santa Monica on Friday.

“She left with full sign-off from the facility,” a source close to Lovato told UsMagazine.com, adding that she came back earlier in the week. “She will continue to see doctors in LA who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment.”

It was back in October when Demi checked into rehab for “for emotional and physical issues”.

Now the focus is on her well-being.

“For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends,” the source told Us Weekly.

“She is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.”
