Photo: Miley Cyrus does good in Haiti

It’s not often we get to praise Miley Cyrus these days, but credit where it’s due…

The 18-year-old singer and actress is currently in Haiti doing charity work.

Miley is there with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, to help bring supplies and resources to deaf children in the earthquake destroyed country.

Miley recently revealed that she has trouble sleeping at night… because she’s so excited about doing good.

“Honestly, I cannot sleep at night because I get so excited about doing good things for the world, changing the world,” she said.
