We know she’s just being Miley, but we always thought smoking was something Miley Cyrus wasn’t interested in.

The 18-year-old has spent the past year or so doing EVERYTHING possible to make us accept her as a grown-up, rather than just the girl who plays Hannah Montana.

Well if the reported drinking and partying, all the tattoos and all the fellas, oh and the underwear on stage a la Taylor Momsen – if that wasn’t enough to prove how mature she is, this snap of what looks like Miley puffing on a cigarette will seal the deal.

ZackTaylor.ca reports that it was only a couple of years ago that Miley said: “I guess my idea of a good party is someone getting their face smashed in cake, not getting smashed.”

“I don’t drink & I would never smoke. I always say that for me, smoking would be like smashing my guitar and expecting it to play. I’d never do that to my voice, not to mention the rest of my body.”

What a difference a couple of years makes!
