Taylor Momsen: “I’d love to write with Noel Gallagher”

Taylor Momsen has revealed who she would love to work with.

The Gossip Girl actress and The Pretty Reckless front-woman wants to write with former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallgher.

Asked who she would most like to work with, Taylor told M is for Music: “Noel Gallagher. I’d love to write with Noel Gallagher.”

“I mean, my all-time favourite band is The Beatles for their genius.I guess I’d love to write with Paul McCartney, that would be awesome. John Lennon’s not a possibility anymore but Paul McCartney would be amazing to collaborate with.”

Taylor also discussed her musical integrity, saying she’d never record a song she hasn’t written herself: “It’s the most important thing. I’d sing a song if it was good but songwriting is so personal that I can’t imagine singing something apart from a cover that I didn’t write. It’s the most important thing to me – it’s why I love music and I love writing songs.”
