Chasing the ladies got Robert Pattinson into acting

Fans of Robert Pattinson, you have his eye for the ladies, and his dad, to thank for his fame.

Chatting on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the 24-year-old Twilight mega-star spoke about exactly how he got into acting.

“[my father] saw some pretty girls down in a restaurant one day and decided to go and ask them where they came from,” Rob said.

“They went to the drama club, and so I ended up going down to this place and that was it!”

And it’s not just human ladies who love Mr Pattinson. Speaking about his time on the set of Water For Elephants, Rob said: “The first time I met Tai the Elephant, I got in her mouth. I felt like it was a good place to be!”
