James Corden set up Frankie Sandford & Wayne Bridge

James Corden has taken credit for hooking up Frankie Sandford an Wayne Bridge.

The Gavin & Stacey star has revealed that it was him who introduced the Saturdays singer and the footie player.

“I got their phone numbers and I put each other’s number in the phones,” explained James.

“And I said: “I want this to work.'”

“Two weeks later, they’re in the paper,’ he told Sky1 show A League Of Their Own. “And now they’re dating.”

Frankie split from McFly bassist Dougie Poynter back in November. She started dating Wayne earlier this year and things are going great for the couple.
