Lady GaGa considered real face implants

Oh Lady Gaga, sometimes you talk such crap.

The wacky singer has revealed that she almost considered real face implants – y’know, those pointy cheeky things she sports in the Born This Way promo.

Luckily for the world Gaga didn’t go through with it – because of her boyfriend Luc Carl.

“I did look into having them done permanently but decided against it. Mostly because of my boyfriend, if you want the truth.” she told NME.
