Robert Pattinson didn’t expect Twilight to be “Burger King hats” big

Robert Pattinson didn’t originally think that Twilight would be as huge as it is today.

The actor, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the flicks, originally though it would be an indie movie.

“I thought at the time, with Catherine Hardwicke and Kristen Stewart, it was going to be an indie movie.” Rob told Empire.

“It seemed really interesting: a teen vampire movie that was going to be like Thirteen and really serious. I had no idea it was going to be this big thing you’d get on Burger King hats,”

Rob recently revealed that he wasn’t crazy about the script at first.
