Nick Jonas loves musical theater

Nick Jonas has a place in his heart for music theatre.

The youngest Jonas Brother is set to appear on stage in Hairspray later this year, and has previously starred in Les Miserables in London.

“Musical theater has a fond spot in my heart,” Nick said. “Hopefully, I’ll be able to do more of it.”

Not only has Nick been working on his own solo material, he’s also started working on music for other people.

“Back in December, I started writing and producing for other people. That’s been my focus this year. I also scored a video game, which was really fun,” he said.

“It’s been an opportunity to be just as productive as I am with my brothers. I hope that I can have a voice with my brothers, on my own and through other people.”
