Nikki Blonsky ISN’T working in a shoe shop

Claims that Nikki Blonsky is working in a shoe shop are false.

It was previously reported that the 22-year-old Hairspray actress is apparently working part-time in a shoe shop in New York.

The shop’s owner Steven Dann reportedly told RadarOnline that Nikki was working there, “two to three days a week dependent on her schedule” but also has something big coming-up on the acting front.

“Nikki has something enormous coming-up at the end of the summer that will be bigger than Hairspray,” Steven said.

However, Nikki has set the record straight via Twitter.

“So much false reporting & false quotes,” she tweeted. “NO career changing! just experimented 4 a day working @ a friends boutique 2 see what it was like.”

“NO singing or dancing happened, but it was fun trying something new for a day (sic)”
