Katie Holmes was scared by a script

We’d be lying if we said scary movies didn’t freak us out – but Katie Holmes was scared by an actual script.

The actress admitted that she was so scared after reading the script for Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, she started imagining things.

“When I was read this script, I was so terrified that I started hearing noises,” says Katie.

“I kind of held my daughter closer, and looked in the corners of her bedroom a couple times. It was really, really scary.”
