The 42-year-old doesn’t put her youthful looks down to any expensive products – just little things that we can all do.

“I am not one to use lots of fancy products or anything like that,” says J-Lo.

“Nothing too fancy that you have to spend tons of money on which is what I think people think but that is not so. I really just try to stay out of the sun, I am not a big drinker or a smoker and I think that really helps my skin. I try to get good rest.

“I really believe the way to get and keep your skin nice is to do those type of things. Drink a lot of water that is the top tip.”
