Adam Lambert says he has been putting the finishing touches on a potential single.

The sexy singer took to Twitter to update fans on the progress of the first single from his second album.

He tweeted, “Hello! Putting finishing touches on potential first single today! This beat is NUTS!”

The fact that Adam describes it as a potential single makes us think that maybe he is undecided what his first release should be – maybe that explains the “creative setbacks” he recently spoke about.

Adam previously tweeted, “Here’s the deal: there have been a couple of creative set backs on the first single. Mainly cuz I’m a perfectionist. Ha.

“Seems as though the single will explode in November. I’m sorry for the delay- but trust me, it’s worth it. The song HAS to be perfect!”
