Miley Cyrus HASN’T had a boob job!

The 19-year-old singer/actress got people talking by showing off her cleavage at the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute in LA.

“Thank you for the compliment, but these babies are all mine,” Miss Cyrus tweeted. “I wish they’d realize you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!”

“I’m 19!” she added. “BOOBS GROW, PEOPLE!”
