Zac Efron talks tough weight gain

Zac Efron says it was easy gaining weight.

The actor piled on 18lbs for his role in The Lucky One, but it wasn’t as easy as just eating whatever he wanted.

“It was really hard,” said Zac.

“I was wearing different sized clothes. It was easier to lie down and stand up. I was just eating all day then going to the gym for an hour. It was even hard to breath. I was wheezing!”
