OMG! One Direction’s Zayn Malik & Little Mix’s Perrie Edwards are engaged

It’s official – Zayn Malik & Perrie Edwards are engaged to be married.

When fans spied the 19-year-old Little Mix wearing a ring on that finger, it wasn’t long before the rumours started. However, in this instance the rumours turned out to be true when Perrie’s mum confirmed her daughter’s engagement to the 20-year-old One Direction member.

“It’s official. I’m over the moon. They are really in love,” Perrie’s mom, Debbie, told the Dorset Echo newspaper.

“It’s wonderful because Zayn is absolutely gorgeous. It’s true they got engaged on Sunday and it’s absolutely lovely. Perrie loves him to pieces and it’s perfect. They get on so well together and understand each other. It’s just fabulous.”

One Direction’s rep has since confirmed the news, telling HollywoodLife.com: ”Zayn and Perrie are engaged, but any further detail regarding their relationship is private.”
