Mercedes-Benz celebrates ninth season as official car sponsor of London Fashion Week Men’s SS18
Mercedes-Benz continues its long-standing status as official car sponsor for London Fashion Week Men’s (LFWM) with its ninth season supporting British fashion.
Today, Mercedes-Benz join the British Fashion Council in celebrating the five year anniversary of LFWM by ensuring guests arrive in stylish Mercedes-Benz chauffeured cars at LFWM 5th anniversary party at the Mark’s Club, London. Guests included David Gandy, Jack Guinness, Caroline Rush CBE, Vanessa Kingori of British GQ – plus more.
Throughout London Fashion Week Men’s, 9-12 June, a fleet of luxurious and fuel efficient Mercedes-Benz chauffeured cars will ensure UK and international media, bloggers, celebrities and buyers arrive in comfort and style at catwalk shows, presentations and events.
Continuing the anniversary theme, Mercedes-Benz will be celebrating 50 Years of AMG this summer. With supreme automotive performance, exclusivity and efficiency, the Mercedes-AMG models will form part of the fleet of chauffeured cars, allowing guests to experience the essence of AMG throughout the event period. AMG models within the fleet include the show-stopping roadster, Mercedes-AMG GT R and eye-catching Mercedes-AMG G63.
The last 22 years have seen Mercedes-Benz establish itself globally as a key partner at selected fashion events. The brand is currently involved in more than 60 international fashion platforms globally. The parallels between exclusive cars and luxury fashion collections were identified within the Group at an early stage. Both worlds recognise passion, style, ground-breaking design, the finest materials and first-class technical innovations as critical factors for success. Mercedes-Benz has therefore consistently supported select fashion events around the world over the course of two decades, forging in particular an admirable reputation for the promotion of young design talent.
