Paris Hilton was papped sunbathing topless in Italy.

Paris looked like she was having a blast, jet-skiing, hanging out with her friends on a yacht, oh, and sunbathing topless.

Paris and pals were off the coast of the Italian island of Sardinia reports Radar Online.
