Miley Cyrus was spotted out and about looking more rock chick than pop princess.

Miley, 17, was spotted out in LA dressed entirely in black – black boots, black tights, a black dress and a black bag.

The Hannah Montana actress looked like a true rock chick. Taylor Momsen would be proud.
