Miley Cyrus shoots video for Who Owns My Heart

Miley Cyrus has shot a new music video for Who Owns My Heart.

Unfortunately this meant Miley, 17, missing the Teen Choice Awards – but because it was down to work we’re sure her fans will let her off the hook.

Miley reportedly spent the whole day filming the video for her next single.

It is thought that Who Owns My Heart will only be released in Europe, with the song Two More Lonely People set to be the next US single for Miley.
