Miley Cyrus appears to be happy, despite recently splitting from boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

Walking through JFK airport, 17-year-old Miley was asked about her break up.

She replied: “What’s there not to be happy about? I’m breathing.”

When the photogrpaher asked whether or not she was happy she gave a huge, beaming grin.

Miley was in town, along with her mum Tish, to perform with Justin Bieber for his 3D movie.
