Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley & Avril Lavigne officially divorced

It’s official, Deryck Whibley and Avril Lavigne’s marriage is officially over.

The Sum 41 front-man and the pop rocker were married for three years before calling it a day.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Avril and Deryck’s divorce was finalized on Wednesday, November 16, reports TMZ.

The site also reported that there was a prenup. They reportedlt divided their assets with Avril getting her guitar and drum collection, other musical instruments, her lyrics, songs, etc., her Volvo, Beverly Hills house and clothing, awards, plaques, certificates, artwork, mementos, jewelry, etc.

Deryck was said to be getting his guitar collection, song catalogs, clothing, awards, plaques, certificates, artwork, mementos, jewelry, etc.

Since their split Avril has been reportedly dating Brody Jenner.
