Ke$ha hopes to be Grammy worthy
Kesha doesn’t mind not being nominated for a GRAMMY, because she hopes to be worthy one day.
“It’s not that big a deal,” the 23-year-old “We R Who We R” singer told Vanity Fair. “I was disappointed that I didn’t get nominated, but I’ve only been around for a year.”
“I plan on making a lot more records, and hopefully one of them will be Grammy worthy,” she continued.
“I’m friends with the Black Keys, and they were nominated for the first time this year. And they’ve been around for a decade. That’s like half my life. So I really can’t be a brat about it.”
Kesha’s buddy Adam Lambert is also up for an award – Best Male Pop Vocal for his track Whataya Want From Me.
Adam recently revealed that he is looking forward to seeing Kesha at the bash, as well as his other girls.
“I wanna see my girls!” he told US TV show Extra. “I wanna see Katy and Rihanna and Ke$ha and Lady GaGa!”
