Zac Efron is a big tipper

Zac Efron is very generous with his money.

Not only did the actor end up with a huge bar bill, he even left a $300 tip.

Zac splashed out on $740 worth of drink at the Float Bar at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego.

So what were they drinking? Apparently the group were drinking vodka, tequila and cans of Red Bull. The 23-year-old ordered one bottle of Kettle One vodka at $350, one bottle of Patron Silver at $350 and a 6-pack of Red Bull at $30.

Sources at the hotel told the website TMZ that Efron covered the $140 service charge on his bill, and then left an extra $150 for staff.

Very generous Mr Efron.
