Aww! Dougie Poynter is loved up with new girlfriend

The internet is buzzing with talk of Dougie Poynter’s new girlfriend.

We’re delighted to hear that the McFly bassist is loved up again, after his tough break-up from The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford.

So who is the lucky lady? An artist called Lara Carew-Jones.

“It’s going great,” Dougie told The Mirror of his new relationship. “She’s pretty much me in female form.”

Heat are also reporting on Doug’s new love – and it IS love.

“She’s awesome. You know when you meet someone and it feels like you’ve been missing a leg this whole time and then you get given that leg back? I pretty much fell in love with her the first day we met.” he said.

Dougie is currently away from his love, in the I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here jungle.
